Elliott Bay Marina

Jan 2020 IMFS completed 1000 ft of Concrete Floating Breakwater for Elliott Bay Marina, this was built in 7 pieces connected together, the largest pieces where 10ft deep and weighing 1 million pounds. This breakwater connected existing 38ft fingers on the inside and outside there is transient moorage for 300ft vessels.

Elliott Bay Marina is home to 1200 Slips, nearly 10 miles of linear dockage, second largest marina in Washington behind Port of Seattle. Occupancy rarely under 96%
