May 21, 2013 Opening Day Cutting Ribbon ceremony for the Maddie James Seaside Learning Center. This floating foundation is a 300ft x 27ft wide (6ft wide) designed/engineered as a match cast post tension single piece which is made up of 17 individual pieces 6ft & 9ft wide by approximately 42ft long sections. All these pieces where trucked from IMFS works yard in Vancouver, B.C.

IMFS dedicated this plaque to Maddie James Seaside Learning Center, with Maddie's sandal imprints to commemorate this fantastic floating facility
Looking down the 300 foot of dock, with coloured stamped concrete and all the utilites running under the deck- Showing existing facility in Dana Point, with moored boats the R/V Sea Explorer and Spirit of Dana Point.
- Forming up the match cast float, against the existing float
- Reinforcing work being completed prior to installing forms

IMFS crew received a visit from Dan Stetson President/CEO of the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, CA along with Kajsa James, Maddies mom. Everyone standing very proud of being part of this wonderful project !
