Marina Del Rey
Built in 2009 Marina Del Rey California, located at the end of Bora Bora Way, IMFS was hired to replace existing Pod float marina which was not holding up to the site conditions. We designed & engineered our system with long single concrete pieces, designed for the existing pile installation.
The nature of the IMFS strucutral concrete floats allows for internal or external pile hoops.
IMFS' one-piece structural finger cannot be torqued for the life of the system.
IMFS utilizes a proprietary connection system and doesn't rely on wood walers for structural purposes, leaving wood strips for boat bumper rails.
Top quality finishes are incorporated into all IMFS' marina design to meet our customers' needs.
