Floating Home Completed Oct. 2005 - Seattle, Washington. IMFS built the one piece 37.5 ft. x 29.5 ft. floating platform and delivered to Seattle where a modular home builder Timberland Homes Ltd. assembled the 4 piece modules on top of the float. This 1,566 SF has 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
