- 2007 Antelope Point Village Marina - Lake Powell, Page Arizona. This 27,000 SF concrete float was designed & engineered by IMFS in 14 sections, built in the local area with help from the local Navajo Nation. This facility services the local houseboat industry complete with full restaurant, bar, general store, office space, men's and women's washrooms.
- Main building steel structure under construction, erecting steel columns and beams on the floating foundation.
- Restaurant with fully opened windows to outdoor patio space.
Constructed in 2006 by an IMFS Licensee on site in Page, Arizona.- Guest of the facility travel by foot or by golf cart down to the floating building.

This is one of 14 sections being launched down the narrow ramp into the lake, that made up the 27,000 SF floating foundation which was all match cast & post tensioned together to make one large piece.
